Ticket Delivery & Mobile Transfers
How and when will I receive my tickets?
Most tickets today are issued digitally via secure mobile transfer (such as Ticketmaster Transfer, AXS Mobile ID, or official venue apps). Once the seller transfers your tickets, you will receive an email invitation to accept the transfer into your ticketing account. Tickets are guaranteed to arrive before event start time. Cancellations, Refunds & Guarantees
What happens if my event is cancelled?

What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your original tickets will be valid for entry on the new date. As is standard practice in the live entertainment industry, refunds are not issued for rescheduled events that remain active.
Can I cancel or return my tickets after buying?
